Woolston-Steen Refund Policy
Students, who are paying with paypal, have complete control over the cancellation of their payment plan at any time. We cannot and would not try to hold you bound to a contract over your spiritual training. Students, who cancel their supporting membership are immediately withdrawn from classes.
Policy statement: A student who withdraws from all classes or drops one or more courses no later than the first day of classes for the quarter may obtain full refund of fees paid. A student is not considered withdrawn until the withdrawal is received by the seminary. Withdrawal notices sent to any other person (such as an instructor) are not valid. The portion of fees refundable is determined by the date on which the completed withdrawal is received by the seminary. Refunds are only available if the student has not opened any future class materials. Due to this being an online institution, we can not offer refunds if the student has accessed and had opportunity to copy the class materials.
To receive a refund, a student must officially withdraw. Charges shall continue up to the day the student starts the official withdrawal process. The student must contact the seminary to begin the official withdrawal process.
Tuition will be refunded according to the following schedule:
Before classes begin – 100%
During 1st week – 75%
During 2nd week – 50%
After 2nd week – 0%
No refund will be made for fees, purchased books or supplies.
No refund will be issued for any student choosing the Subscription Option.
No refund will be issued for any student dismissed due to behavior issues.
The Seminary has 60 days from receiving the refund to process the request.
